At Tact, we know because we do. Our training and consultancy is based on years of experience, research, learning, partnerships and teaching.
Born from the needs of innovative organisations, Tact was shaped by one of the largest out of home care providers in NSW. As a result, we are aware of the challenges agencies face and understand there is no one size fits all approach when it comes to training and support.
Established after years of building relationships, we wanted to create a network of like-minded professionals both in Australia and Internationally. We are made up of industry professionals across the areas of family support, education, disability, and out of home care.
Based in Newcastle NSW, Tact delivers courses and consulting on a regular basis to a range of agencies of varying sizes around Australia.

Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI)
Tact partners with the Residential Child Care Project, Cornell University to support organisations throughout Australia as they implement the Therapeutic Crisis Intervention System. We provide Training of Trainers and technical support.
