Roi is the Business Support Officer at TACT and is often the first point of contact for people connecting with the team. With over five years’ experience in sales and management, Roi brings a strong customer-focused approach, organisational expertise, and a welcoming presence to every interaction.
Roimata is also a certified TCI Associate Trainer and is deeply committed to seeing Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) implemented with fidelity across organisations. She is passionate about supporting children, young people, and their families to reach their full potential, and values systems and practices that create safe, consistent, and therapeutic environments. In recognition of her leadership and impact, Roi was awarded Emerging Leader at the Allambi Ignite Conference Summit Awards.
Outside of work, Roi enjoys staying active, coaching an Under 10s T-Ball team and playing both softball and soccer. She also loves spending time with her family and two big dogs, who keep her on her toes.
